Within the shopping complex, the strip of retail buildings next to the car park itself offers shoppers a wide variety of day-to-day goods and services such as restaurants, drug store supplies, sundries, banking facilities and other personal services.

This 84,296 square-meter complex has been developed as a complete power center. There is a good mix of principal anchor tenants while the conceptual design is unique and has been well- tailored to take advantage of opportunities created by competition with stress placed on being customer oriented. The building has a common space and is also linked to adjacent open areas.

The concept is the creation of a distinct super community center. The center has a variety of big-box anchor tenants such as category killers, discount department stores and warehouse clubs. The center’s retail power is generated by these anchors with small tenants being incidental.
