Founded in 1994, Siam Future Development Public Company Limited, also known as SF, has been the leader in Thailand’s open-air Shopping Centers for over 12 years. We provide a range of specialized real estate and property services including acquisition, development, management and consultancy of shopping centers – with particular focus on Bangkok and other fast growing metropolitan areas.

Presently the company owns altogether 29 operating projects increasing from last year 1 new projects i.e. Nawamin City Avenue and disposed 1 project i.e. Kao Yai Market Village. Additionally, we have 2 under construction projects, one lifestyle centers: Nawamin City Avenue (Phase II) which planned to be opened within the 3th quarter of 2011 and Mega Bangna Project, join venture with IKEA, which planned to be opened in 2012.
